		<description>Cam ce exercitii ar fii bune pt umeri, ce recomandati...eu fac impins bara de la ceafa, apoi pe fata , cu ganterele , fluturari in fata cu ganterele, fluturari lateral si ridicari cu bara Z.....cam atat.</description>

		<description>Salut, ma numesc Andrei si am o problema al acest exercitiu.....cand duc mainele in spate ca sa iau bara si chiar si cand execut miscarile ma doare umarul stang ....park sare de pe traseul lui .Cu ganterele e  mai bine cum zice si in articol am o libertate demiscare mai mare.Intrebarea mea este dc ma doare si daca e bine sa mai fac exercitiul , sau sa-l fac cu greutati mici.Astept rasp .multumesc</description>
