		<description>eu fac 4 serii cu tot cu revenire! greutatzile ti le alegi tu in functie de cum duci, dau un exemplu prima serie faci cu 6 kg (16 ridicari), porma a doua serie maresti faci cu 10 kg (12 ridicari), a3a seriie faci cu 16 kg (6 ridicari sau 8 ridicari in fuctie cum duci noi ii mai spunem la seria asta si &quot;varful&quot;), porma vi cu revenirea exact ca la prima seriie adica cu 6 kg a cate 16 ridicari! eu am dat un exemplu dar tu poti sa faci cum poti tu ridica! dar in principiu asa se face!</description>
