Sunt prezente in program ore de fitness/culturism, aqua gym/inot, alergare, bicicleta, antrenament functional, Kangoo Jumps, Zumba. La acestea se adauga si alte tipuri de antrenament interesante si chiar potrivite pentru a fi practicate pe cont propriu.

For each edition we select the best routines and trainers to meet the specific needs of our participants. The basic program includes fitness/bodybuilding, aqua gym/swimming, running/power walking, cycling, functional training, Kangoo Jumps, Zumba Fitness.

Additionally we have other kinds of workouts, even suitable for home training, on your own.
